The pallete is quite easy to work with, I just don't know where I'm going on the face.

That's kind of odd, Setz.  I wouldn't expect a mafia boss to be so skinny, naked and dead.  I'm not trying to mess with your artistic vision, but I encourage you to imagine what would happen if you gave this to a game developer when he asked for a portrait of a "mafia boss".

I'd like to push you all to post in GIF format if you can.  PNG format messes with the colors, as you know, and while it's only minor, putting all these spiffy portraits together is made much easier when they've all got the same colors.  No problem if you can't, though.

if its not out of line, id like to suggest a palette for possible future use:

Nice one Adarias.  I had already cooked up a much wilder palette, but I'll be sure to use yours for the next one, then black and white for the one after that.  ;)
