I've got some small suggestions with this, though it's improved alot you could work a bit more on it's readability in my opinion. It's a harsh palette restriction but it doesn't mean you can't still trick the eye here and there.

I don't think the neck should cone out like that, Changed it slightly, hinted in the shape of the neck too.
Though the face shape should be pretty much symetrical, the lighting will hit her face at an angle so theres nothing wrong with some variation.
I think the nose needs more definition too.
