The Tower in the background looks out of place for some reason. It's as if the colors are too "close" to be considered to be behind the white character.
Also, I think you should smooth things out with the shape of the giant monsters face, as certain parts of it's head are looking chunky, and unrefined. I'd also consider making his head a wee bit more round. I'm not too hot about the dithered background either. Looks, weird to me, I don't know.
As for everything else, I'm gettin' some Mahogany in the pants. Looks fantastic, and the texture is wonderful. Do finish this, please. Or else...
