Pixelation has a built-in zoom feature when clicking on the image, so there's no need to post them at 7x/8x.
You seem to have saved the last two images as .jpg, yes? That's...not so good for pixelart.
Tends to add noise/mess up the colours and such. For example, those two images now have respectively nearly 3600 and over 7600 colours in it. As a result, I can't really comment on those two.
The first image is quite nice. The main issue I see with it is in the text. The first few letters are pressed into each other, as are the last two. This makes the gap between those two sets ("heal" and "th") make it seem as though they're two separate words. As a result, the text reads like "heal th" to me more than "health" which I suspect you intended? (Unless 'th' is actually something from a game you're working on--such as the initials of a character or such--that you can/are supposed to heal. If that's the case, then ignore my previous remark)
