Pixelation has a built-in zoom feature when clicking on the image, so there's no need to post them at 7x/8x.  :)

You seem to have saved the last two images as .jpg, yes? That's...not so good for pixelart.  :( Tends to add noise/mess up the colours and such. For example, those two images now have respectively nearly 3600 and over 7600 colours in it. As a result, I can't really comment on those two.

The first image is quite nice. The main issue I see with it is in the text. The first few letters are pressed into each other, as are the last two. This makes the gap between those two sets ("heal" and "th") make it seem as though they're two separate words. As a result, the text reads like "heal th" to me more than "health" which I suspect you intended? (Unless 'th' is actually something from a game you're working on--such as the initials of a character or such--that you can/are supposed to heal. If that's the case, then ignore my previous remark)

Thank you, i didn't knew about the zoom feature!

And the text is a font, and not drawn by hand so that's because there is a gap. But i'll make it by myself next time!

I also noticed saving as jpg destroys the images, but also thank you anyways!

You're welcome. :)

Ah, that font suffers pretty badly from bad kerning, then. But yeah, good practice to draw it by hand. (Or at the least, pick a font without those issues and/or fixing those issues by hand when they occur)

Once more, you're welcome.

The reflection/lighting on that first vial suggests the light comes from more or less the frontal direction, by the way, while the shadow it casts suggests upper-left.

Why do you all hate upscaled ones? its much better than small 16x16 pictures isn't it?

And yes it is bevel and emboss

Because there's an in-built zoom function. and if someone wants to do an edit on your art, they can't because it's upscaled to god knows what size.
