as for the base i really like how it came out but it doesnt look very narutoish colours =p

Hey there, Your base looks fine... only thing i would say is about the boulder rock thing:
You should stick with your game arts light source and keep it consistent, Since its looking rather cartoony keep that style up to... here is what i got

The two guys punching at the top have the exact same light as well. I'm fairly new to this but I think one on the left needs the light source changed.
