The bars for health and ki could be a bit more dynamic. The dot representation is boring and overdone. You could make it a little more... for lack of a better term "Flashy" :P

Incorporate something from the anime into it. Right now the only thing that makes this  dbz related is the character sprites. Good work though.

Thanks for the comments i plain to styleing with a couple of things from the anime as for the res were using byond.
