Carpal tunnel syndrome is the suck. Any kind of pain as a result of too much work really is. The only things I found to be working for me are regular medium difficulty Yoga exercises, meditation and very long walks through nature. The pain never completely goes away but it is at least bearable.
Resurrecting the thread with two recent shots of a freshly cleaned up productivity (productive in theory at least) area. It was buried in clutter and junk before (did not take any before shots... too embarrassing). The idea was/is that with a ready-to-use environment, motivation can/will come more easily and spur-of-the-moment attacks of the "I might draw this..." kind will not be defeated by the "...but I am too lazy to clean up first" thoughts anymore.
Also, one of these days, I shall study those books, currently all they do is collect dust and look pretty in the shelf and that's not what they're meant for by the intention of their authors.
