In the source video the rags are... well, rags. Here you've made some very convincing ribbons. If that's the effect you want, it looks great.
For me, the inward-pointing feet indicate cuteness, which kinda jars with the horror aspect. Again, if that's the style you want, great!
It all feels a little dark, but that could be the light background we have here. And the source material is pretty dark and hard to read too. So again, if that's the effect you want, you nailed it. Your versions seem to get darker as you work on the character. I would need to see them in context to work out which I preferred.
Good work overall though. I like the style.
