Hello! I'm looking for sprites in the Fire Emblem 7 style. Here are 3 references:

My budget is up to $4k (USD) for the whole project, but I'd like to start with a single animation for an experiment. As such, the first challenge will be to animate Croni casting her Shadow Flux spell. She is a tiny, shadowy but cute bird wearing a mage-like robe bigger than herself, slightly inspired on Raven from Teen Titans. This animation should be very similar to FE's Druid (the last link above), and will be done in 3 steps:
1. Croni levitates slightly fluidly pulling her robe (which was initially laying on floor since it is much bigger than herself, like a children wearing her mother's dresses), keeping her wings and feet down, almost touching the floor.
2. Croni raises her wings in preparation to a strike, similar to the Druid above raising his hands.
3. Croni moves her hands forward releasing her dark energy in an offensive stance.
