Descramble It! Pixel Puzzle!

Does anyone know of any program that automatically scrambles a picture?

EDIT: Here's a new one for you. Don't expect it to unveil something amazing but at least I did one.Thanks to Stwelin for scrambling it for me.

I wrote my own... If you wanna PM me the picture i will gladly scramble it for you, i'm gonna sit the next one out anyway. Have to go to bed. so sick. T.T

I don't give a flying fuck if the top bit is correct, because it is baaaad puzzlemaking, the top 2 rows are really really arbitrary and ambivalent. The rest is nice tho.
