Mine is unfinished and probably will stay that way because I've done a collective 6 hours on it doing revisions and revisions of those revisions and tried new things with it and then deleted those new things, it's all very time consuming. I'm not even half done with my original idea. I could send it in now, but I'm kidding myself by thinking I'm going to finish it all before the deadline. Hopefully I will gather the energy to do some more work on the main parts of it. I have pretty much found my limit though. Which is too bad. I thought I had a little more patience and stamina.

Maybe I'll just give it one last final push tomorrow.

Same here, but I'm like 70% done. With all the admission tests I've been doing, my time ran short.

I think the punishment for not making a present is kind of dumb. There are a whole multitude of reasons why a person might not get his gift to you in time.

Well, I mentioned it before people signed up, and only asked to do so if you knew 100% you could have it by the 23rd.
If you/they didnt read it properly it's not my fault.

Also it's about responsibility. In an activity like this everyone should do his part or someone will get left out and that's not the idea of the thing.
If you don't know if you gonna have time or if you are not gonna be responsible about it, don't sign up, easy as that.

Besides, you have to admit it's kinda funny that a massive amount of users will be banned for a short time as the result of christmas!
