Underwater creature, Work in Progress.

on: September 26, 2006, 04:04:19 pm
I need to work on my lineart, so i tried some stuff out and this is what i got:

I don't know wich is better, although its only 1 line difference, that line could make alot of difference in the pic and in color.

Iff anyone got some C+C or tips, please do post them, i'm kinda stuck with this.
You may edit iff you like, iff you do so, explane me what you've done, and don't just post like: here, *the edit* it looks much better like this.
I don't know what to do on his chest. Heck i don't even know what color fits him.

p.s: does some1 have an tutorial about hue shifting to purple, i really like it when other ppl shade stuff to purple.
I can do it a lil, but not that much :P.

I'd say so. The tail looked a tad thing when I look now.

Ha, Reminds me of the Street Sharks.
I like the idea you are going for here, quite cartoony.

thanks :-).

I started out with 1 eye for a kind of ghost creature.

that didn't work out, i copied the eye, mirrowed it and putted it together.
tried a kind of snake look, didn't work either.

then i came out with this :-), heh how things can turn.
