I really like this piece overall. Spiderman seems perfect. As for Venom, I think you make the jaw and teeth more exaggerated. 

As in this picture

Good work so far. Hmm I would love to see Carnage as well.  :D

I like the idea of the top being playable.  I don't think I've ever seen that on a website before.  My only crit, other than whats already been said, is the top left part of the screen looks empty, I'd suggest putting a bigger logo up there. But good work.

I think you used a little bit too much dithering on the robe and cloak. Maybe tone the dithering down, everything else looks pretty good.

I didnt believe that it had that many colors so I counted them myselfI counted 62 colors in the Zidanes(only counted the tail in the second, Im assuming the rest has the same colors) and 14 in the expression bubbles. Most of the colors look so much each other. Some contrast to the colors, color reducin and a different skin tone would help this out alot.
