Okay im working on it not 100% done I just want to know if im making any mistakes before I continue with other characters or coloring By the way i thought I might make them a little more Manga looking :3

I think your biggest problem is your placement of the shoulders in relation to the torso (they do not look like they are aligned with how the torso's turned, and they don't seem to have been fleshed out during the refining process like the other body parts).

For the superman guy in "I fight dragons", I think you could do with less dithering on the pants. They're a little too small to dither so much, and the pants in real life have more contrast to them. Also IMO the skin doesn't need such thick outlines.
