Pixelart Landscape 2

on: September 12, 2009, 05:12:09 am

I have not posted here in quite awhile, anyway i've been working on another landscape. I've progressed very far up until the point where I'm almost finished.

One of the problems that seems to standout to me is the waters reflection, I'm not quite sure what I could do to give it that watery look.

It's beautiful! But to be honest i can't see any water. Further looking suggests it's not a crater but a pond... So yes, i do think you need to work on the water. Maybe distort the reflected image, instead of what you have currently.

You might want to use some of these as referances. :]

Other then that it's gorgious. I really like the trees on the left. :]

Water seems like a reflection of the sky (especially in those three pics), so I would add some sky colors to the water to make that apparent.

And wow, this picture is absolutely amazing.  I love it.

Up the brightness of the pond and add some waves, right now I agree that it looks like a crater.
