I'm no good at trees, but I hope this gives you an idea of what to do.

Flat, no, but the shading of the green is very random and unnatural. Look at some references of trees (from that thread I linked or other) and try to imagine light hitting the tree. It'll come out looking more natural. Also, the brightest color clashes with the others.

Trees are hard.  :'(

Your right they are hard, and it does look unatural. I will work on it later, thanks
