I do like the armour...
maybe do a bit more research into what armour certain groups wore around the time. If accuracy matters to you.
I would suggest more contract on the hair, especially on the blonde. Might be my computer though.

Looking good! Not really that big of a crit but the way the legs are (when they're just standing) look sort of... uncomfortable.

Overall these are very pleasant to look at. But I agree with Benshogia that the pose is really awkward. You can get away with the gunslingery arms, but the legs completely alienate me because I can't fathom why anyone would stand like that.

You also pillowshade/band a lot. This becomes evident when you look at the brim of the red hat. I spent a few minutes on each of these heads where all I did was clean up the banding. It's really fast to fix and makes them look loads better because they're more defined and are less amoeba. It's present in a lot of places but I'm sure once you become aware of it you'll have no problem fixing them up much better than I have.

I think your best hair is the brown hair in the middle of the top row, because it isn't weak and pillowy and clumps of hair are semi-defined. Do more like that!

The poofy <3 pants as seen in the second row might need some attention as well.

I should have fixed the banding and poofy pants ages ago, I'll give them a workover right now. The problem is the generic front light source. It's sometimes a bit harder to distinguish pillow shading from correct shading.

Here's most of the heads I have done. I'll try to redo some of them when I create the other directions:

Sorry for the 2x view

Fixed some issues here and there, added two new outfits. The pink one is recolor fest. The new pirate does fix a few issues about the poofy pants.

More art. The free row is going to be musketeers (gun men). I'll do them later though, I'll probably animate a few of these first.

Here's more healers. From left to right:

Barber Surgeon, Doctor, Surgeon, Plague Doctor

And pirates (old boot colors, new ones below):
