The perspective looks alright, but the image is a little plain. Maybe a few variations on the gray tiles could help? The road could also use some texture... unless you're aiming for a cartoony feeling. The sign looks like it might need some changes, however, at least to me the shading in the pole makes no sense, and maybe the letters should be bigger and with more contrast because they are a little hard to see as they are.
