Edited the pose of the legs, her "package" and the face. Hope this works out?

I think the belly button's a bit higher than that, and the groin area looks strange, but can be fixed by making it not as wide.

You still have some issues to resolve that have already been discussed, such as the shirt, and her breasts.

The lighting also confuses me, it seems to be coming from different directions.
