[Rk] - Rock Tile

ok so i want to create a 2d game kinda Prince of Persia..
Do you think these rocks are good?

For some reason they look soft and spongey to me. It's almost like you dropped blobs of soft clay on the page, They top rocks look more solid, but still... they look a little soft.

i haven't seen you finish one piece you've started..

you make a topic, get some C+C which says you should start again or change a lot.. then you give up and start something else.

I like this one, but please.. finish it and use the C+C you get

my bad is just that i got tired of doing mock up but sure ill finish since u asked and do the rocks look good?

you've made them look like layers, as if there were layers on the earth which became darker as you go down.. It shouldn't show depth with the amount of lighting as you go down..
just on a small part to show you how it's done..

4 colours, looks much better i think

well, if you zoom into that it's not too complicated..

Sure you can make it better, but i think it's easier to get it to tile when it's simple..

And, i was actually suprised i did that, because normally when i try rocks they come out terrible =P
