I had my way with the frames, perhaps it helps you, and else at least I found it fun to do  :D Nice character to work with, certainly. I'm afraid I can't save animated gifs for ya though.

I don't like the pallete, I wanted it to be more game-like and dynamic. I dunno.

sorry friend but the black/dark outline doesnt make it plonk a darker white color and then do the out line there and the beak also but this is just my opinion and im very particular because i used to get miky taken outa me because of my solid black outlines
