well i am new here  and i finally took the time to attempt pixel art and here is what i got if you have any comments or constructive criticism it would be appreciated .

At least try to match the colors and lighting in the picture, please

Hey guy!

I'm sure you'd want to read the RULES one more time if you haven't already, since you have obviously drawn this directly from reference.

Here's something from one of the stickied threads in this category:

Before posting any Pixelart go read the RULES and FAQ as well.

You should have read it anyway, as the Rules forum is clearly visible.
But we get people here who obviously don't read the rules and then wonder why they get banned when they are in violation with one of the rules.

So, read the rules, be nice and friendly and enjoy your stay.

So thing is, next time you post something you drew directly from reference, please state it. Normally this would earn you a strike, but ignorance is easily cured by enlightening yourself a bit, so just remember to not do this again. Okay? (:
