Well, i'd personally make his stance better by adding a seat/stall on his right (our left) left.

Then he could, put his foot onto it

I'd suggest you use some drag and drop to make him lean slightly more backwards, fixing the legs so that his balance point is his middle, and still have one foot on his toes, only on ground level.

weeeelll I had been working on this earlier and this is what i came up with, quite similar to what jad had said, I added a crotch too and  messed with the colors a bunch.(there are a lot of colors in this btw) more dynamic cape would be cool too, with my capedit i let it flow with the natural flow of your dude
