The hair that can be seen below the one arm seems too bright. It seems like you nailed details in the other areas, so arms shouldn't be a problem. Perhaps avoid black outlines from multiple directions on the sleeves. Nice highlights on hair at the top. Crotch area seems too dark... black outline on his left/our right around the hip ends abruptly... seems odd.
