Hello! Nice art, on the whole, though a bit unsettling for me. I'm sure people will give you lots of helpful critique and if they don't I'll be back when I have more time, but for now I just wanted you to know of the concept of BANDING. You have lots of it on the jaw and other places.

I think its real nice.

I would say have a look at either darkening the darkest skin shade or adding a new one.

Considering the shadow cast is pure black and the amount of black on his boots he seems to lack real shadow. This in turn stops him from having any strongly defined volume. I think your shading all looks good but you need to spread your colours more.
