Gah no, now the body is way too long.
Just lengthen the leggs (by taking away from the torso), make the head smaller and the arm/body less muscular OR the legs more muscular
No not really? 8 heads is pretty much an average male body as far as I know.

regardless of the head size, if you divide the rest of the body (chin down), the legs should be about half.

A mistake is a mistake.
The same mistake twice is a bad habit.
The same mistake three or more times is a motif.

If you stretch a body up to 8 heads, you should modify it's broadness according to that. I thus should have said the body was too thin.

hide - you're edit doesn't show correct proportions because each 1/8th segment must equal a head length (which is measured from the top of the skull to the bottom of the jaw). You're currently measuring from the top of the head to the top of the ear.

Maybe no comments :P But for the people who want to see how far I am so far...  I'm making the human smaller because I think it's better to begin small and than go bigger. And because this is my first humanly art I'm going to make him smaller

Move up the pants and the start of the legs 2 px, momve the right knee up 1 px and the left 2 px (this all from viewers point of view).
