[WIP]Blue Airplane

on: January 02, 2008, 11:48:46 pm

So yeah it's still a work in progress. It's supposed to have a sort of cartoonish look to it, so the fact that the front end of the plane is extremely large is okay.

Also, the lines for the propellor showing motion are temporary. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could make them look as if they are moving fast?

This is also my first attempt at dithering. [I've noticed that pillow shading isn't too popular around these parts.:P]So let me know how I did on the shading if you would.

Thanks.

Edit: New Version with propellor fixed and stabelizer fixed:

The biggest problems I see are:

1) The propeller has the wrong perspective, try copy and pasting the circle you are using behind it and make the propeller fit into that shape. That should help you make it look right.
2) The far rear stabilizer has a totally different perspective. Not sure if you wanted to make it look titled, but as it is it just doesn't look right.

Okay, I think I fixed the stabalizer problem.

I'm working on the propellor.

Edit:

Is that what you mean?
