Any C+C?  I'm liking the smoothness of the animations, myself.

i guess the second pic asks for more frames....the critic frames are the loading of the cannon, it seems..too fast, it should be longer or at least leave a raster of particles, or a fade or...something, but that way is too fast to see it...

Do you think it's still too fast in the third animation?  Cause that's the most recent one, I just didn't fix it in the second.

Very nice. Timing for the gun on third is alot better. i think u should use different colors for gun (ie no blue in the grey) so its easier to distinguish from arm. Running animation without gun is cute. Jump in third one is too fast, like 1st one better. When holding gun, idea: change his pose by rotating torso and head to his left a bit.
Modern artists are told that they must create something totally original-or risk being called "derivative".They've been indoctrinated with the concept that bad=good. The effect is always the same: Meaningless primitivism

Actually, the gun is an arm canon.  Like in metroid.  So it IS his arm, that's why it's blue.
