it looks like he is slouching, his face needs more contrast, and either AA the corners on the top of his head or make them rounder.

Added more contrast and tried to round his head more. Dont know how to fix the slouching.

great improvement.

you can fix the slouching by moving his arms farther apart. do you notice how they're slightly overlapping his body? if you move them apar by about 3 pixels on both sides, and shorten his arms a bit he won't look like he's slouching.

Your latest update makes it look like he's slouching so much that his head is coming out of his chest o_O  At 1x, the hair looks like a pair of goggles rather than hair.  Also, I recommend ditching the black outlines; you only have them internally, which is doubly weird.  If you use the colored outlines you've got elsewhere, it would look a bit cleaner.
