Videos - Watching these made me a better artist! Well not really, but it did help me figure out how to use Pro Motion, which removed some impediments to my progress at least.
The Challenges and Activities Forum - this is full of lots of contests and fun challenges to give you ideas about what to pixel, if you need some motivation.
