Minimalistic Dump

here is my minimalistic dump. I'm not going to use any color that isn't on MS-DOS 16 C. Palette.
^^ i 've started on this 32x16 guy. Have you any suggestions? however i think it reads ok.

too much noise and dithering, face is way too emoticon, poses are stiff and unnatural, not sure what he's sitting on in that second frame.  While minimalism especially in size can be very helpful for beginners you may want to make up your own colors, or work in black and white first.  It can be very tricky trying to subvert neon palettes for realistic graphics.
