Okay now i'm properly excited! Seems like the guys understand manly Contra bad-assery. Art looks awesome too. The feel from the previous games is there, but there's a very original touch present as well.

Dear god, this is pure awesome. :O The art looks great so far, and the interview certainly makes it seem like the team understands the series and its appeal. And 4-player dual-screen action?! I'm already sold.
