@Atnas: Delicious! I was just thinking, though the tops of the walls look a little silly to me. What I mean is, I don't think I've ever really seen solid brick blocks like that for typical buildings. Maybe the tops should be dark/shroud, or come to a different texture like brick-lined concrete or something like that? Just an idea. Or! Apply a bit more of a hue shift between the walls/tops. Just as an experiment. Whatever, it still looks cool
@Dusty: I like the style, but there definitely needs to be some balance introduced, in terms of contrast. I like the pastel-y feel, but you'll need some shadow to break it up and control how it reads. Also, I'm assuming its a top-down view, with a + intersection of roads and the roof of a building? When I first saw it the left part of the road actually looked like a 3/4 view wall of the roof.
