Good thing you're trying to finish stuff, it's what separates serious artists from doodlers, in my opinion.
However, i think the bird and lady still look unfinished. Mainly, the bird's jacket doesn't follow the shading style and depth of the head, and the feathers are just rushed
The lady's lower dress also looks unfinished (and you should go quickly check some references for the folds), you need to keep a consistant lightsource throughout (specially on the hair ), and the hair's AA makes the lines look broken and noisy. Ditch the black lines and the pillow shading around them. Also, try to keep your lines fluid, there's a lot of broken looking lines on your pieces (and the AA isn't helping much, practice that too - ONE THING AT A TIME IS EASIER. DO IT FOR INSTANT XP INCREASE).
