Wow, you're using 60 colors for this, though you can do it with 16. But step by step, the biggest problem still remains banding and antialias right now. I edited the coat mostly, look at the alternating frames on the animation and tell me if the anti-banding makes sense to you.

One question, are you working for NarutoRealm?.. If not, nevermind.

No I am not working for them and I think they are dead. I borrowed their base though (front view). But I used to go there and pixel for fun. And actually I started pixelling when I gave it a try back in dec 2005 (in narutorealm) but I never really practiced it a year straight, I just pixel if I have free time (summer break and christmas break).

That really made sense to me and I think I'm starting to get it. I know this is a stupid question but how do I know How many colors am I using? (60 or 16 I'm not sure how to determine that probably because I'm using photoshop CS)

Oh goodness, you need to stop using CS.  I used it for awhile, and the CS versions have a habit of auto-AAing when you're using the pixel brush, but not enough so you can easily notice it.  I think the massive color count wasn't you, but photoshop "helping out."  There's a large list of pixel programs you can try in the general discussion forum, have a look at those.
