I have the luxury of my school providing us students with 256mb peronal webspace on an https server.

The most common webhost I see people using is Rapidshare
I've dl'ed a lot of stuff from there, and it's a quite stable host. Though you can't use stuff like DAP when you dl files.

thnak you, but i mean like a place where people put all of their games. such as people put all of their pixel art on pixeljoint. is there a gamejoint?

The GameMaker forums are flooded with crap. Hard to find anything worth playing. Try www.gamemakergames.com . At least you can sort by popularity and such.

but not everyone uses gamemaker. someone should start a site to submit pixel art games, and rate them and such.
