I wouldn't call this abstract, as it lacks an interesting composition....it's more of a symbol.   Is it for anything? Or where you just messing around, practicing picking colors? If that's the case, I guess the only real constructive criticism I can offer would be that colors blend to much....I feel they should maybe contrast each other a bit more.

Also, the sideways "doots" are extremely hard to read.

I don't see how this is dark room either.  Hopefully you work on this some more...

Yea, I am going to change alot but i wanted to know if the palette was alright sort of ::)

More like a crappy pattern for your palette.
