need some help

well I'm just working on this thing and I need some help
I think it looks ok but.. well it doenst looks stunning. (still need to start the hands and give him some weapons)
So how can i make it look better  ???

Way to many colours, you could create a same, and even better effect with 5 colours. yea and his hands are a bit wierd.

shoot for 16 colours. 5 often gets you into the monochromatic range.
