Critique on my drawing :)

This is my first post here on pixelation, and I wanted to start with asking what everyone thinks of this character I created. I'm wondering if the shading is alright, if anyone could see this character as an intellectual property for a game/show etc, or just general thoughts. Thanks in advance!

Left hand has pinky sprouting out in a weird way, as if the hand didn't realy had enough space for it in first place. I never get hands at this angle right as well.
