Wow! I totally love how this looks! Very much looking like a real, professional  game.

Hmm... I'm not crazy about the hearts being pink. Might work better if they're maroon.

I think you should maybe go for hearts that actually look like hearts, if you know what I mean. Makes it more creepy, the hearts are very sweet as it is.
And I can't really make out what's following him (Well, I presume it's the dogg, but people who havent seen the movie probably won't see it). It looks a bit like a floating chicken
Maybe also make the question mark brighter, it blends in with the background as it is. Keep it up!

The dogs perfect. Even though its been a while since i saw the movie i saw the dog on kingdom of
hearts. I like the hearts, the color goes well with the blue sky.

My only crit is i can't tell whatever it is he is examining. Bugs on a peanut? Also the box around it doesn't
seem to fit. Couldn't you somehow make that part of the gui more interesting and fit in with the rest. Maybe a giant magnifying glass. Or a crystal ball. I don't know.
Modern artists are told that they must create something totally original-or risk being called "derivative".They've been indoctrinated with the concept that bad=good. The effect is always the same: Meaningless primitivism

I think you should use artificial hearts, like the one they use in the movie, looks like it's made out of a bit of flesh, some leather and a little metal. Or pumpkins.

thanks everyone =)
I do agree that the examine box is pretty lame, i think i will do a magnifying class.
@sharprm- its part of oogies skin, not a peanut =P
I like the heart idea, ill redraw that later when i get the chance.

I like it!  The fact that he's examining two bugs on a leaf is great.

The stones are rather round, though.  They look like stacked cannonballs. :)

Nice!

The only things bugging me are like you said, the BG stones are a bit bright, and the hearts are a bit big for me, and a little too bright, too...

very nice!
I like the characters pose, and the fact that you have some blades of grass darkened near the shadows is a nice touch as well..
The walls look like bubbles or something, but i dont know if that is how they look in the movie..

looks very cool, only problem is that i don't know where to look, there nothing the really separates the action in the foreground with the background, if you see what i mean.
maybe its just the bubbly walls, jack will really blend in with them, if he were to stand in front of them.

but other then that really cool :)

thanks guys ;D
Yea the contrast between the character and the background needs some work.  Ill dampen the brightness of the stones, hopefully thatll make them look less like bubbles and more like stones :P  First i gotta do secret santa so i dont get banned :'(
