The "antialiasing" on the legs is just a 1px buffer shade between shadow and midtone. Instead of doing that, antialias the two.

Thank you but for the most part i already know how to AA.

I didnt realise that the buffer colour required it however. heres an update

Looking nice here. Tried to AA her leg a bit, on't know if it looks better or worse...
The arrow pointing at her leg shows where the leg is lifted, it looks like the leg's being lifted up by her. But since she has her hand on her leg, I doubt it's the effect you wanted. It actually looks like both of the legs are floating a bit, I think you should let her knee-holes (Are they called like that? I have no clue tbh..) meet the angle of the box. I hope you understand what I mean.
