I like this, it looks very good.
two things bother me though, the base of the chair and the arm laying across your body.
The base of the chair seems rather thick and rounded which is an unusual shape for such a chair.
The arm seems rather straight, as if it is not bending, it could be the angle and how the body is positioned, but the whole chest/shoulder area next to the hidden part of the arm looks odd. maybe you could bring the shouilder, arm forwards a bit to compensate for the other shoulder/arm which is stretched back.

Looks great so far. I think I know what Alex means with that arm. I find the position of the hand makes it look like it'd force a normal person to actually attempt to reach over, to manage that hand position. I think it'd look a great deal more natural if you tried to have him simply rest the hand on top of the thigh, rather than on the side of it. But other than that it's excellent so far.

Me likes!

Very well done. Great idea too. I love the casual look.
I'm very impressed with the large image of you and your friend chilling at the desk.

is your friend a body builder?  he seems to have beefy arms (which is ok) but an abnormally large chest....

So far this is really cool, I'm really interested in how this turns out.

The monitors seem false, however, in how they are facing the viewer head on.  I think a slightly titled angle would be much more interesting.

Hey, I just noticed something...

Is your friend wearing tabi, Bers? If so, I think that's pretty neat and interesting.
