I would do like receive some feeedback about this sprite sheet of Krillin who I made, specially on choice of skin tones colors (my main dificult).

you need to study skull structure and anatomy. There's no way around that, pick up some pictures of human skulls off the Googles and start drawing that as 1:1 as you can. It'll really help you figure out how to make the head not look like a formless sphere.

Same for the body, you'll have better shaping and proportions studying the bones of the body more
