I like the shading of the face and the iris of the eyes but I can't say I recognize Buscemi just yet.

His moustache and beard dosnt connect in the picture, maybe unconnect it in you drawing. And maybe a lighter skin tone.And maybe give him som eyebags. Otherwise i love your style and shading technique
