Like the subject says, i'm looking for a GBA style. No, i'm not saying just a 32 bits style, but a "cartoonish" one. For example:
The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
Mother 3
Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
If you want more recent examples, i can think right now in Chuckefish published games like Stardew Valley, Starbound and Wargroove.
-More things i'm also looking for-
-Someone who can make tilesets and backgrounds (I know guys who are waaay better with character sprites)
-Someone who doesn't work with hourly rates. I don't feel comfortable with this working model, but could reconsider it if there aren't better options.
-Extra things to consider-
-The game is a top down RPG with some simulation stuff.
-I want a cartoonish style because it makes contrast with some dark things occuring into the game.
