Salvaging art from a screenshot

I wasn't going to post this until it was finished, but that wasn't how the world worked I guess. I was luckily taking screenshots to send in a chat, but unfortunately I never saved my actual file. And Photoshop decided that it would be a good time to crash.

Original size was 100px x 120px



Any ideas how to save this? I'd like to hold off critique until it's finished (at least in my eyes), I just want to know if it can easily be done or if it would be easier to start over from scratch.

Crop out the part you need from the screenshot, and resize it back to the original size using Nearest Neighbor resampling:

It helps that the screenshot had an even 400% zoom instead of something weird.
