Your first fighter is really good. Maybe add some shading to the clothing.
Your second fighter's base is pretty good. I would suggest hue shifting the shade colors so that his form is more defined.
With such a tiny size, outlining took up too much space.
Overall a good start, especially with working with such tiny sprites.
