Another frog concept for this world I'm building.
Still rather loose but I'm struggling to know whether this one is reading or not.

Open to all kinds of criticism and critique.

looks good. The belt buckle could stand out from the belt a little bit more and/or look a bit more metallic but thats a rather small thing

The design is cool

There are too many shades for every color. The shading of the beard is practically invisible.
There are parts where the ligh shades collide with shadows. It looks kind of weird.
Some shapes aren't clean or are jaggy.

You are overshading stuff. The metallic part of the belt doesn't need 3 rows of 3 different shades.
