Bio Shock

Starting Pixel Art again.
Choosing one of the bad guys of a new coming game called "Bio Shock".
It is a Underwater Utophain Society and well is based in the 1960's. It is a darn interesting game and I'm thinking about buying it.
Anyway here is my Line Art. I wanted some help from the beggininng to the end.

Okay. Small Update. I think Im gonna go with dithering and a mixed colour version.
I need to have some stronger oranges and a differnt yellow :S.
Update will be tommorow.

You should add some faded reds and bright peaches.

...? What is that?

Is it supposed to be a protector? Because if so your drawing is way too small for that picture or the head is way out of proportion of normal. They have deep-diving suit style things, there heads look huge.

How about you atleast sketch the whole thing before starting to colour/shade it?

But when I sketch its to big and I cant accrautly resize it probally.
I might try to sketch this one.
